are critical for any Bidder planning on participating in the RFP
process. Please download all relevant documents. Note that forms that
must be completed by Bidders are provided in a writable PDF format for
the convenience of Bidders.

Important:
Saving to disk, either by exporting form data or saving the filled-in
form, is supported only in the full version of Adobe Acrobat or Acrobat
Business Tools. If you only have Adobe Acrobat Reader then you
can save the blank form; fill it in; print the document; and
then prepare a digital version to be emailed to the RFP
Coordinator.
The Master Agreements posted below are the final Master Agreements as approved by the DPUC in the Order dated November 16, 2006. These documents will be the Master Agreements that selected winners of the RFP process and the EDCs as counterparties will be expected to execute without modification.
